5 Elements
By creating a globally active and holistic Association which is independent of national origins, we want to create a legally secured and freely determined infrastructure that provides the basics of life (food, housing, clothing, finances, education, healing/medicine, community, culture) for humans of the new world – in the spirit of the highest good of all. The creation of political parties or finding other alternatives to interact within the existing systems are also topics to address. Anyhow, the five main pillars (elements) we consider essential are:
ELEMENT 1 = FOOD
The Awareness Network cooperates in every country with local and regional farmers who practice conscious farming and have the opportunity to become a member of the Network. The goal is to create an independent food production and sharing service in every Awareness region and promote a new understanding around agriculture. A duty free transport between the different states is essential to guarantee an holistic sharing of food resources within the Network.
ELEMENT 2 = SHELTER / HOUSING
Living in a humane atmosphere that nourishes security, affiliation, rest and a good energy is a human right. The Network wants to care for this essential human right and give people the chance to be happy and fine with their living situation. Natural building will play a big part in creating new shelters, but best use of existing buildings within cities is a topic that won’t be neglected. The design & architecture of the infrastructure that communities/villages need is part of the “Awareness” agenda as well. The Network wants to play an active role in the discussion around building permits, especially for small scale, self built homes.
ELEMENT 3 = HEALTH CARE
The 3rd Element of the holistic network “Awareness” is the big area of medical department, health care & healing. Awareness combines eastern & western medicine and every kind of holistic & well-founded alternative healing concepts in a holistic way. A modern & independent hospital & healing Center is part of the concept for every country and/or region of the Awareness Network. Club members shall have an insurance within their membership as well.
ELEMENT 4 = EDUCATION
Mainstream education doesn’t really serve us. In the contrary, it is partially responsible for our misunderstandings and struggles. We are envisioning a humanistic, self-directed education in which Agile Learning (with or without a basic curriculum) forms the base. The goal is to find out which talents children bring to Earth and to guide their development into their vocation for their highest good. Below some short impulses and here some more thoughts:
•Learning is happening all the time!
•Support of our natural tendency towards knowledge and self-development
•Honest (self) observation is a tool for personal and collective growth
•We are mirrors and triggers to each other, let’s use this consciously
•Dealing with emotions and conflicts
•Learning never stops, it concerns all ages. Older generations need to truly accept, embrace and live what they are offering to the younger ones…
The details of realization can vary between each Awareness Project, depending on infrastructure, human resources etc. But the Network will provide well-founded guidelines for a new holistic educational system.
ELEMENT 5 = CULTURE / ART
We are using the word “culture” by trying to define a set of agreements, a common ground and understanding, a shared world-view. In order to live together in a balanced manner, forming an organism, we believe that these definitions are essential. The way we communicate, the way we make decisions, frame social interaction.
Some Examples about “Culture”:
•Human best practices (how do we communicate, collaborate, observe, deal with ourselves and others?).
•Our values (including a peaceful, free & holistic moral system)
•Economy (sharing financial resources within the Network, funding, systemic interaction with the old world, alternative forms, sacred economics)
•Politics (internal governance: how do we self-organize, make plans, take
decisions? Discussion: could/should the Awareness Network become a political party and use this amazing legal form for offering freedom and safety in many domains?)
•Nature & environment protection (Active Guidelines & Activism, cooperation with NGOs and activists)
•Spirituality
•Technique (developing, inventing, sharing)
•Media- & Information Education (which information can we trust? what alternative digital tools and platforms are waiting to be massively used? which ones are still to develop? learning & sharing of info-critical know-how)
ART
Art is a way of being. The expression of feelings, character traits or soul essences of every living being is a main part of the holistic Awareness Network:
•Self-expression is essential for existence
•Time is Art
•Art is a tool that supports and helps us to heal, remember, understand, transform and being whole again
Apart from being an agricultural and educational network, the Awareness Network is a hyper active cultural and artistic hub as well. A free island and home for artists, inventors, philosophers, thinkers, communicators, activists, healers and modern holistic politicians and speakers.
Often minorities act as incubators for a new tendency to mature. The Contact Improvisation scene for example is closely related to the ways and values of the Network and might play a strong sociopolitical role in the years to come.
